Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Security Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment for our clients by patrolling and monitoring premises, responding to alarms and incidents, and implementing effective security measures.
Key
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address security risks.
Provide exceptional customer service while enforcing company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.
Complete accurate and detailed incident reports for all security-related matters.
Perform access control duties, checking credentials and authorizing entry.
Conduct thorough security checks of personnel and Client's establishments.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on security best practices.
Qualifications:
College diploma , college level or equivalent; further training/education in security management is a plus.
Proven work experience as a Security Officer or relevant role.
Strong understanding of security operations and procedures.
Excellent observational and communication skills.
Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and surveillance systems.
Valid Security Officer license/certification.
Additional Requirements:
Strong integrity and ethical behavior.
Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
